A serious three-vehicle collision on Highway 99 north of Britannia Beach has led to multiple injuries, police say. The accident shut down the busy route for several hours yesterday evening.
According to Squamish RCMP, officers responded to the crash just after 3:30 p.m. on February 9, along with BC Highway Patrol (BCHP) and BC Emergency Health Services (BC EHS). Several individuals were injured and have been taken to Lower Mainland hospitals for treatment.
In a press release, Squamish RCMP said The Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) was called to help with the investigation.
