Rogers is working on restoring service to its customers affected by the outage in Ontario and BC.
In a brief statement, Zac Carreiro, media relations for Rogers, said the company is working hard to restore service in the area.
“We know how important it is to stay connected and are working hard to restore services for customers who are experiencing interruptions with wireless voice and data,” he said.
Carreiro said residential and business wireline internet services are not impacted.
“We sincerely apologize and thank our customers for their patience,” he said.
