Get ready to roll! North Shore Bike Park, Western Canada’s largest indoor bike park, is excited to officially welcome roller skaters and aggressive inline skates at the North Shore Bike Park.
After successful community testing to ensure roller skates are safe on the wooden surfaces, skaters can now enjoy the pump track, jump lines, and urban zone—all skate-friendly starting immediately! Dust off your skates and relive the joy of roller skating! Helmets are mandatory, and additional safety gear such as elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards are recommended to keep you rolling safely.
“If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate your birthday or a special occasion, consider doing it at North Shore Bike Park,” said Founder and CEO Mike Upton. “Make it roller skate themed, or have a sleepover with pillow fights!”
North Shore Bike Park does not currently have rental roller skates available and is looking for skilled instructors to join their team to help shape the next generation of roller skaters. Contact them at IWantToWork@NorthShoreBikePark.com to join the fun!
North Shore Bike Park is also launching Ladies Night—a special event designed to create a welcoming space for women and girls to explore new skills, whether on bikes, skates, or scooters. It’s the perfect time to push your limits, make new friends, and celebrate the joy of riding and rolling.
“Ladies Night is about more than just having fun; it’s about empowering women and girls to feel confident trying new things in a supportive, no-pressure environment,” the bike park said. “Whether you’re hitting ramps for the first time or honing your technique on the jump lines, Ladies Night is all about growth and community. Plus, with discounted entry and fun perks, it’s a night you don’t want to miss!”
