District of North Vancouver staff has received an application for a townhome project on Mt.Seymour Parkway, located at 3428-3464 Mount Seymour Parkway.
Saturn 121 Construction Inc. has applied to develop this property. The application proposes 30 townhouse units in four buildings, which step down in height from three storeys in the east to two storeys in the west.
A single-level underground parkade will accommodate 58 vehicles, 50 residential units, and eight visitors. To the west and northwest, there are single-family homes, Northwoods Golf Course to the north, and a townhouse development of similar scale to the east.
The proposal includes access from the rear lane, extended from the neighbouring development to the east. It also consists of a pedestrian connection to be maintained to Gaspe Place. District of North Vancouver staff received the application on February 14 and have started to review it.
